How and when do I obtain my log-in code and password?
You can ask for your log-in code and password by either an email request or by letter.
If you do so by email, your request should be sent to fair.trading@act.gov.au,
or a written request should be forwarded to:
Fair Trading,
GPO Box 158,
Canberra, 2601.
Your log-in code and password will then be forwarded to you. When you make your initial
log-in through the website, you will have the opportunity to change your password.
