The Office has an extensive range of publications outlining the rights and obligations of businesses under fair trading legislation.

If you are unable to correct a dispute with a consumer, you can call us and we will provide relevant information to you and the consumer to assist in concilliation of the problem. The Office also has a range of publications on customer service and complaint handling to help you avoid problems.
